Towne Lake Driving School's Third Party Testing Program is approved and licensed by the State Department of Driver's Services.
WHO is eligible to take the driving test for licensure at Towne Lake Driving School?
- Any student who has completed the entire Joshua's Law Course (30 hours of in person classroom plus 6 hours of behind the wheel training) at Towne Lake Driving School AND has had their permit for a year plus one day.
- Any student who has completed an approved online 30 hours of Joshua's Law Course (AKA the classroom portion of Joshua's Law), completed 6 hours of behind the wheel training at Towne Lake Driving School, AND has had their permit for a year plus one day.
- Any permit holder who is 18 years old or older and has been a student of Towne Lake Driving School.
WHAT is different about testing at Towne Lake Driving School versus at a DDS Customer Service Center?
